Occupancy rate and average daily rate are some of the strongest in the state. Smith Travel Research and the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII) studies report the inn as being one of the most successful small lodging properties in the entire region.
Nestled into a hillside among grand Victorian mansions and gingerbread cottages, the inn’s exterior belies the fact that it was purpose-built in 1992. The interiors, complete with pressed tin ceilings, crystal chandeliers and stained glass also recall an earlier era. 21st century luxury and convenience are apparent in king size beds, jetted tubs, wireless Internet access, modern kitchen and ample storage space.
